9 months in the making

Welcome to this co-production from Germany and England for the 3rd time!!!!!

8th March 2011 - And 2 years have gone by...oooppppsss....so the NEW count-down is progressing - 4 weeks and under to no.3...what will it be this time - we have Harriet and Nathan..so the decider!

7th May 2009 - Okay, latest update and pictures on this page and Nathan's page.....must try harder to update website quicker than every 3 months!

Nathan is laughing, kicking, turning over, eating purees, drinking lots of milk, and generally enjoying life we hope! Harriet went through a little bout of attention-seeking, but she is fine with him now. Her social life keeps her mega-busy, and Kristina even busier..and there's me enjoying my daily commute to London (only until the end of June!). What is a parents' social life again?

19th February - Where has the time gone? Nathan is now 3 months old. He lost a bit of weight just after being born as he is breast-fed, but he's putting on weight now, and seems to be happy enough..smiling and coo-ing!

21st November - Eventually decided on a name for the new little man - Nathan Elliot Arthur!

19th November - Added more pictures to the Baby No.2 page. Very bad nights sleep..caused by Harriet invading the bed...4 in a bed JUST DOES NOT WORK!!!

Harriet wanted to hold baby upstairs...she is probably thinking..right you..I was here first!

I think you and me will get along...just don't play with my Lego!

18th November - Kristina's 30th birthday! Harriets first view of 'baby boy'..a bit of indifference really, until she saw that we had used her blanket to cover him in...she nearly shouted the house down:-) I am sure she will get used to him.....over the next 50 odd years!!!

NEW ARRIVAL - BABY BOY

He arrived at 16.34, just after Daddy came back from London, weighing 8lb 2oz. Still to confirm a name, but will be decided upon in the next 2 days. Very quick labour as usual and another home-birth.....(more pictures tomorrow)

10th November 2008 - D-day 1 day away! Gulp! Having another home-birth (sorry neighbours), and have everything prepared and ready to go, whenever he/she wants to turn up! Kristina has had some 'Braxton Hicks' (or Branston Pickle sticks as I call them), so its just a case of waiting...and ...waiting. Have added more pictures in Harriets Gallery on her page as well. Picture below of new little'un trying to say 'I'M A BABY - GET ME OUT OF HERE!'

Captains Log - Star-date 28th October 2008. We are having trouble finding time to update website, but with no.2 imminently arriving, will find time to keep everyone updated! We have added more Harriet pictures in her gallery and MOVED IT TO HER PAGE, and moved other pictures around to make room for no.2. Kristina is nearly blossoming....for some reason she doesn't put on so much weight, and can still walk all the way across London last week (at 37 weeks pregnant)!!

We still don't know the sex of this baby..its in a sealed envelope under the TV, as we have a bet on the outcome...Kristina will give me £10 to spend on beer if its a girl, and I will give the baby £10 if its a boy :-) (Heads I win, Tails Kristina loses)

Just one more picture...Harriet being a bit inquisitive..(or thinking...maybe Mum has eaten too many ice-creams!)

Well, hello website (23rd Jan 2008) - long time- not updated!!! There should be a new photo album on Harriets page now, where we will upload new photos!!

As for news, Harriet is doing really well, taller than average, loves to read (and throw) books and still doing her bum-shuffle as well as walking when she wants to!

Harriet had a good time at her christening, which was on the same day as mum and dad's wedding. Some piccies here and on her page!

26th May pictures below - Wow where does the time go .. little H is now 7.5kg and growing fast...!

The bottle is nearly as big as her though!! She does like her food - when covered with Petit Filous desert and splashed around her mouth!!!

She also has her mad moments...must take after her mother I think!!

Why do I look sun-tanned Dad?

We hope you will like sharing in the next few months of pictures and news in the life of Kristina and Trevor.

Okay..it went to d-day + 8 - but at long last we have an addition to the family......even with her own page straight away!!!

Right - its now 4 days over the due date...humm..this baby must be a girl for two reasons - firstly that I will lose a tenner on the result and secondly that she must be making sure she looks nice before she comes out :-) Anyway, curries/pineapple/raspberry leaf tea and the s word...been there -done that - this baby ain't coming out yet......anyway - for prosperity K with a dress and a bump pics on her page....

Things are going to start changing...pretty fast around here.......!!!! IN FACT THERE ARE LESS THAN 4 DAYS TO GO (in theory anyway)!!!!!!! Also, we have started to receive donations from Germany, Switzerland and from England...and think we have most of the essentials - apart from the baby!!! D'oh! ....and WOW - 10% off from the best baby store in West London ... www.babye.co.uk - trust me I'm practically a regular now:-)

Please see the pictures section for the latest developments (literally). Results of all of the scans have now been added...not 1...not 2... but 3...and even a 4th which we haven't added yet....as well as some typical Jugg humour on Kristina's page :-)

Kristina has asked me to point out that even though its 9 months in the making, it probably only took 9 seconds in the initial stages - if that ....:-)
